Welcome to our On-Line Store!

How to Order:

Use the “Add to Order” button to place items in your cart.

You can verify and edit your order before submitting.

Once you order is submitted and received, we will pull your order, let you know if there are any out of stock items, calculate the best delivery method, and send you a total for payment.

Once we receive your payment, your order will be packed for pick-up or shipping.

We accept payment via etransfer or credit card. If you are requesting a pick-up order in Humboldt, then we can also accept the above payment methods along with cash or debit.

Please indicate on your order which payment method you prefer so we can send you the applicable information. Don’t worry… If you change your mind, that is okay!

If you have any questions or special requests for your order (glass cut to different sizes as an example) please send us an email with your order number or give us a call.

Shipping:

We would love to offer free shipping but we LOVE offering low prices even more!

Most of the time when you see “Free Shipping” it just means the cost of shipping has been added into the price of your items. This isn’t fair to you or to our walk in customers. We aim to keep our prices as low as we can while still being able to pay our hard working staff a fair wage!

We ship all of our orders through Canada Post.  We have figured out a few different options that give you the best value for weight/size of the box and will pack your order accordingly.

Letter Rate: $4.00 – up to 500 g and less that 2mm thick. Packs of foils ship well this way!

Canada Post Small Flat Rate Shipping Box: $15.00 – up to 11 Lbs. Great for solder, frits, most tools… well just about anything other than glass, grinders, and larger supply items.

Shipping Box A: $25.00 – up to 18 Lbs. (up to 10 sheets of glass/supplies)

Shipping Box B: $35.00 – up to 35 Lbs (up to 20 sheets of glass/supplies)

We offer free drop-off in Saskatoon… ask for details. Regina, we are hoping to add you to this service soon!

We do our very best (and have yet to have any glass break in shipping) to pack your order, however Canada Post will not insure glass. If you should receive damaged glass, please give us a call.
